I have received a parcel that didn’t match and the seller (not shopee) refuse to send my money back. But after my complain, the shopee team have arrange all and I have received my money back. They have to change their policies to make it more easy like the other platforms

Shopee is the worst shopping site ever. They literally do not want my money. Every time I try to order something, I get to the checkout, place the order, and always get an error message. What an absolutely terrible site. I always use Lazada now.

A big conman. They refused to refund for goods return, by simply stating the amount is refunded. The maths doesn’t add up. Despite many times calling them, they did not resolve the matter at all. Big time cheat. Same happened to the coins used to reduce the Purchase price, they simply fail to refund that one too….. I’m sick tired of their tactics!

Trying to get a refund for more than 2 weeks now ... it is a scam. They intentionally make it impossible to comply with their BS rules so they can keep the money. Why are crooked company like this still allowed to operate?

I waited 1 month for a guitar amplifier at 1550Bht...received a small, cheap wrist watch, the delivery guy asked me to open the little package, from their writings it looks that is my fault VERY HYPPOCRITICAL
