Criteo is one of the best ad platforms out there. For many years now I have been using it and had good CPC and CPA for the campaigns.

Criteo AI advertising
This is an updated review regarding their service. The company recently added an AI feature intended to generate more traffic and notified customers by email. Customers were required to respond within three days; otherwise, their accounts would be automatically enrolled in the AI platform. I do not believe a new advertising option should be forced onto an account without explicit agreement to the new terms. I was later billed $688.59 for this service. I refused to pay the charge, and after going through a lengthy and frustrating process to restore my account to its previous settings, the company ultimately made an exception and waived the bill. While I appreciate that they made it right in the end, the process was unnecessarily difficult. At this point, I am unsure whether I will continue using their services if similar issues occur again. I want to be in full control of my account, especially how and when I choose to advertise. I am not impressed with the AI advertising options. Google, for example, offers AI tools but does not force them on your account. Even so, my campaigns are still performing better than Google’s AI options, which also need improvement.

Always some issues with invoices. We are getting invoices in Euro (and the calculated amount in SEK). We pay the amount in SEK and suddenly we are getting blocked because underpaid (10-20% how?). They are blocking accounts even if everything is paid. I'm so sick of it. Almost every month the same.
