My honest experience with CXL
I completed a six-month course with CXL and, unfortunately, found the experience deeply disappointing. The program’s marketing promised access to company connections, job opportunities, an active online community, and Q&A sessions — none of which materialized. Only around 10% of the content (mainly that taught by the founder) was of real quality or practical value. The rest felt poorly structured and lacked substance. In several lengthy lectures, audio issues made parts of the material almost inaudible, and some sessions seemed unnecessarily stretched just to fill time. Based on my experience, I believe companies that market online education programs this way should be held accountable for misleading claims. This kind of overpromising and underdelivering is unfortunately common in e-learning. My advice: avoid long, expensive programs that rely heavily on marketing promises. Instead, look for concise, well-reviewed courses — for example, on platforms like Udemy — where you can see transparent feedback from learners before enrolling.
They didn't respect their guarantee
They didn't respect their 30 days guarantee policy. I was not satisfied with the content and claimed the reimbursement. However, it has been 3 months I have never received the refund.

I bought a minidegree called digital analytics . Instead of replacing the old content with new content, they only removed the old content and did not replace it with new course. Upon asking they insisted to buy new course . Like intermediate google tag manager, advance google analytics and many of them were outdated and they removed them. But instead of replacing them with new content they introduced new content as a separate course. One minidegree costs more than $600 and almost I lost money for the existing course because if I want new content I will have to buy it again and it is unfair. The CXL authorities should change their policy and replace the old content with new content in the existing minidegree membership. I don't care if they remove my membership after seeing my review because I lost the money already.
