Lackluster product, does not honor guarantee
I purchased a Dubb.com subscription with confidence because of the money-back guarantee on their website. Dubb.com: If "you can prove that you created and shared multiple videos, you’ll be eligible for a full refund." I did create multiple shared videos and had nearly zero responses from the recipients. The promise of 30% increase in sales was very far from the truth. So, I wanted to cancel my service and get a refund. Turns out, you cannot cancel your service. You can only pause it until a date in the future. Moreover, when you ask for a refund, they said they cannot provide a refund. Note about the service: it is an interesting approach. There are decent tools for video recording (tools are a bit buggy and video product is low quality). Analytics are helpful, but not displayed well. Site landing pages are good and the calendar call to action is good. Biggest problem: people see a link and don't click. Even if they see a GIF, they don't click. So, all the effort yields no results.
