Huge Reliable Partner in our Business
Pivotal system for our dispensary group. They work really hard to keep us happy and they have a very solid product. Lots of innovation that they can add to the system for sure, and the biggest reason why people knock them. But when it comes to running a dispensary day in and day out its a solid workhorse. Also the account management and support is pretty good as long as you don't need anyting too advanced, then you run into the whole road map run around stuff per usual SaaS provider. I will say we push the system.
Dutchie is aboslutely garbage
Dutchie is aboslutely garbage. It is the worst system run by the most incompetent people. It literally never works properly. There are always issues. Stop smoking weed and fix the problems.

I tried ordering delivery and begrudgingly connected my bank account because I couldn't drive. I get an F106 error that is not listed on their help page and the only advice that the chatbot and two different human support staff can give is "idk try again later" Unfortunately they have a monopoly on this business so try to just keep some cash on you lest you ever have to deal with this nonsense.
Tasteless food.
Food is absolutely dreadful when ordering on line. I think they use the cheapest ingredients and worse parts of the meat for home delivery. I thought I was eating stew chicken made by amateurs. Tasted dreadful. The sizing is also ridiculously small.

THE TRAINING WE RECIEVED FROM DUTCHIE STAFF WAS BY FAR THE WORST. THEY LEFT US TO FLOUNDER AND LACKED THE LEADERSHIP TO PROVIDE THE TRAING REQUIRED. I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON PRODUCT THAT WOULD BE DOUBLED OR TRIPPLED BECAUSE THEY NEGLECTED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A COMPETANT "AMBASSADOR" HE WAS THE WORST. WASNT AROUND WHEN I NEEDED HIM AND FAILED TO TRAIN PROPERLY. THEY TOOK 3 DAYS TO MANUALLY TRANSFER MY INVENTORY, IN THE MEANTIME I AM SELLING AND RECEIVING NEW PRODUCT SO MY INVENTORY WAS MESSED UP FROM DAY 1 THEY GET YOU WITH THIS GREAT DEAL FOR 1 YEAR THEN THE PRIC MORE THAN TRIPPLES. I KNOW USE CULTIVERA, AN AWESOME COMPANY AT 1/3 THE PRICE AND THE SUPPORT IS AWESOME.
