Never give up!
I put money in my account and was stuck there for 3 months. I put in a support ticket and was told to wait. I tried every day to withdraw my money, but nothing. I put the 3rd support ticket in and was like a different company. They fixed the problem and all was okay. I mean I got my money back. So never give up!
Holding crypto hostage
I opened this account because they promoted signup bonus of $10 if you deposit $10. I sent $11 in bitcoin to only end up with $9.77. I didn't use debit or credit card. You can't transfer less than $10. So money was just there! So I decided I'd send $25 in bitcoin so that I could get my $9.77 back. Crypto transfer doesn't take long. I submitted around 7.30pm by 8.30 it was still pending I reached out to support and now I'm told the first bitcoin sent goes through a verification process!! I didn't use a card I sent bitcoin and stoll didn't get the So called $10 upon depositing! And to make it so bad they charged $8.03 on the initiated transfer for platform fees? Wow please these people are scammers! How do I get my bitcoins back?

i just dont get what the problem is? how is it even possible my identity is still being verified? im literally looking at my dashboard and it says verifying identity can take up to 48 hours- but today is going on 6 days or should i say 144 HOURS i've had to see that message when simply trying to get MY MONEY. My money that I ALREADY HAD TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT TO DEPOSIT IN THE FIRST PLACE! Do you understand why i am so confused and frustrated?? I started off with $10 in bitcoin and have had to watch it decrease in slow agonizing torture every day simply because Earnity can't seem to do any of the things they promise in all their cute little ads. I am a disabled combat veteran barely surviving on my meager benefits and have been trying to get into investing with crypto to try and better mine and my kids financial situation and i thought i saw an opportunity when i came across Earnity and their slick promotional skills. Their promotion was simple enough: open an account, verify your identity, and purchase some crypto and Earnity would then give you a bonus of $10 in bitcoin. SIgn me up right?!? No NO NOOOOOO it was a horrible mistake and has been a living nightmare since. From the second I gave in and deposited my $10 dollars to buy bitcoin so i could earn a sign up bonus of $10 btc, i was screwed. FIrst it was the classic leaving out information scheme they got me on by letting me know i didint qualify for the $10 btc sign up bonus because it required a deposit of $10 dollars and after paying deposit fees and whatever else I only had $9 something smfh.. So that pissed me off enough that i decided i didnt want to give Earnity my business and that i'd just withdraw my $9 something in btc to a different wallet , but of course Earnity isn't in the business of helping people and i was told that i had to have a minimum of YOU GUESSED IT $10 dollars (or crypto equivalent) before i could sell, or withdraw MY OWN MONEY! I was beyond furious but whatever my bad for getting suckered I would just deposit $2 bucks in btc so i could have enough to withdraw and never think of Earnity again.. NOT!! Would you believe that was over a month ago and I still havent gotten MY MONEY?!? Nope it is still stuck in Earnity but now it's down to only $8 in btc! Why you ask? let me explain some more: At first they decided to lock me out of my account for two weeks and i had to literally spend that whole time trying to reach someone at their company, and i mean literally I sent probably 10+ emails to their non existent customer support (you can only talk to human support agents from your account when you're logged in-kinda hard to do WHEN THEY LOCK YOU OUT), I sent them 2 or 2 twitters on twitter through my account i had to make just to do so (I cant stand twitter or twittering), and i left a couple comments on their instagram page and sent a message their before they finally just unlocked my account one day randomly ( 6 days ago) without letting me know or saying a single word to me smh very professional as you can tell.. But of course it did me no good cuz soon as i logged in and tried to withdraw my dwindling funds I WAS AGAIN DENIED! This time because apparently my identity needs to be verified and will take up to 48 hours.. Its been 6 freakin days- aka 144 hours later and of courses my account is still not verified... EVEN THOUGH VERIFYING MY IDENTITY WAS A REQUIREMENT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND PURCHASE THE $10 BITCOIN! The bitcoin that is now only at $8 worth and that i truely dont think i'll ever get back. SO Earnity please make this right
