DID NOT WORK WITH OUR EXHISTING DATABASE
We were drawn in by a highly appealing presentation of the software, which included promises of key features that directly influenced our decision to purchase—especially related to data import and professional itinerary creation. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled. We invested countless hours trying to resolve the issues, only to be passed from one person to another within their team. In the end, they acknowledged they couldn't meet our needs, but still refused to provide even a partial refund. We do not recommend this product to any serious travel professionals with existing workflows.
Unusable for our Purposes
We attempted to use EZUS primarily to create itineraries and generate travel documents for our clients. However, the platform never became operational for our needs. The main issue was the inability to search and locate our products effectively within the system—a critical function for any travel company working with a large, complex database. Despite providing the full structure of our Tourwriter-formatted data (which EZUS had assured us was compatible), the search and filtering tools were insufficient. This made it extremely difficult to find services when building itineraries, compromising the efficiency and reliability of the platform. While some of the templates were visually appealing, they simply did not fit our operational requirements. We were unable to generate documents that matched the structure, clarity, or level of detail we need. Even after repeated efforts to adapt them, the formatting did not meet our professional standards. Between the inadequate search capabilities and document limitations, the platform did not fulfill the core needs it was sold to address.
No Good Experience
The presentation they made at the beginning convinced us it was a good product for our travel agency but they did not deliver what they promise.They were not able to work with us and make the product suitable to our needs.Overall the experience was negative. After many meetings they did not deliver what we asked so a waist of time and money. We asked for a refund but they denied.
