Hi, I have been dealing with Faballey/HouseofIndya customer service now for a month to get my order re-delivered as it was just sent back to India without notifying me. Now I'm at my final staw as customer service is saying it's been delivered to AUSTRALIA .... when I live in IRELAND??? No alternative solution as been given to me either e.g. 1) re-deliver the package asap, or 2) refund my money. Just told the package was delivered to Australia and closed my ticket. I want a call back IMMEDIATELY. As the number provided for customer service does NOT work.
