My experience with Fiveable
I'm gonna be honest with you guys. The free study options on Fiveable were amazing towards my cramming for the AP Human Geography exam. I had been cramming in May 2025 for the upcoming exam, and even though I only studied for about 3 days, I ended up getting a 4 on the exam. The service served me well.
I was behind 3 units in APUSH, but fiveable saved me.
Picture this: It's 3 days before the AP US History exam and I haven't even covered 3 units. I was panicking, looking for a way to salvage my score. I was hoping for a 3 at best, but I was not very confident. Then some folks told me about fiveable, and I desperately bought the subscription. I crammed 2 units and used the cheatsheet, and well enough, I got a 5 on my exam! The study guides tell you what you need to know, the cheatsheet is great for looking at the overarching ideas of each unit, and the practice questions are great to help adapt to the exam. I genuinely could not get my 5 on the exam without fiveable. Going into next year with 6 APs and fiveable have already been such a pleasure! This person reached out and we discussed the issue (and that we're not a scam). Fiveable is a real business, run by former teachers. We refunded the mistaken subscription in full and heard this person's feedback. While we can always improve, this is more of a case of misunderstanding.
