We were over beginning September and had no tv channels, rang and rang and messages left, in end came and advised magbox broke, but didn't have one on van, so would order for next time over,rang them to order pay as you go two days ago and asked about box, advised would call me back, no call back, sent message, still nothing, tried to call many times keeps cutting off, was always very pleased with them till now, over 4th October need our channels, someone please call me as promised

HORRIBLE scam company
I have been a customer for one year now, and I am furious about how they are treating their customers. They simply do not give a F***.. about anything BUT your money. In one year, I have had problems 3 times with them- the same thing happening every time. I paid my bills in advance and they still send me a new factura for the same month I paid for in advance. (Also trying to charge that exxtra 5 euro of course) I am now contacting authorities and going further with this and taking them to court. I have copy of all my transactions, however they claim I did not pay all. (THIEVES) Stay away from this company, especially in the LA ZENIA ORIHUELA COSTA area!!! Totally useless and no help after calling and talking with various people on the phone saying the same "We will look into it and get back to you" While there is never someone trying to call or e-mail me back. I would give 0 stars if it was possible!
