PayPal illegally and fraudulently used my account to pay a merchant for which a different payment method was authorized. PayPal's response to my complaint continues to change sometimes multiple times in one day.

After receiving a bill from paypal for a closed account I called paypal After talking ,waiting and being disconnected twice and 1 1/2 hours later and talking to 5 different "specialists" I' ve given up and now will send a certified letter. I can only say that my bank was correct when they told me to cancel the credit card and NEVER use PAYPAL again
