I had over $1300 CAD in my Bitpay account, logged in 5 days ago to find a balance of $0.00. I put in a support ticket and they were not helpful- if they were human they might as well have been bots. And not modern AI bots, but bots from 10 years ago that repeat a nonsensical script. Today, for no logical reason I logged into my account and the funds were magically restored. So all I can say is this company is super sketchy and not trustable. There is a reason why we put money in banks and regulate them.
