Our experience has been excellent so far. We have completed several international shipments with them, and their level of attention has been outstanding. I find them very responsive, and "honest brokers" when it comes to assessing supply chain issues (i.e. they understand the inherent uncertainty and are not making empty promises of things going up or down just to make a buck). Their technology is top-notch and easy to integrate with our systems and processes, saving us hundreds of hours.

Our two-year partnership with Flexport has significantly enhanced the management of our annual 4,000-container volume. Initially, the engagement was driven by the need for competitive pricing and reliable service. Flexport exceeded expectations on both, delivering a strong return on investment. The key operational improvement has been the implementation of their digital platform, which has revolutionised our logistics management. To be honest all we wanted was a competitive price and reliable service, the portal was a massive bonus! The portal offers offers: Enhanced Visibility including real-time, map-based tracking of vessels and containers, enabling proactive delay management. This really helped us explain and show customers where delays were and why. Operational Efficiency: for us we now have all of our documents on an easy to find platform, from the quotes, invoices through to bill of landings. A great messaging system which allows us to message a group of people, contacting origin and our uk team over any issues and there is a log kept on the portal. You could even opt not use the portal and just do emails. The reporting software in the portal makes it easy to understand our landed costs, volumes of what we are buying from suppliers and we can create our own reports. Flexport have really helped the business navigate some tough times due to external shipping factors and with their assistance and care, I couldn't recommend them enough. Flexport's team has proven to be an expert and dedicated partner. Their platform and expertise are now integral to our supply chain, providing a level of control and efficiency that we now consider essential to our operations. I don't know how we coped without them! A huge thank you to Callum, Rogan, Reece and Tea, all great people to deal with!
