Great system. Great support.
I own about 4 food trucks, I purchased the license to use Foodics' system and it has been working very smoothly. This system has gave me solutions to many issues I've been facing in the past, especially with my inventory management. I used to ask each food truck operator to manually take count of the stock on the truck, this was always time consuming, and many miscounts have occurred in the past. Now, the system automatically takes care of my stock levels and sends me a notification via email to let e know that the stock is running out. No more worries regarding that! As for the service, well it's simply exceptional! The support team has been very professional, and patient. They've answered every question I had to ask with detail. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience with Foodics. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a restaurant management system.

I am Vikram from Indomie Cafe - Nigeria (676551). We started using Foodics on 1st Sep'24 and onwards. Few things were completed on time and I appreciate your team for the same. But, the main important activity which they are delaying is Foodics Online. We are losing sales of close to 600 USD every day because of the delay from your team. Honestly, your IT team is not at all supportive. It is stuck at OTP delivery, and the vendor (Simpu) suggested by Foodics only. Till now sale loss for 48 days is more than 30k USD business. Foodics IT team is not even reading the email properly, please check the below trail mail. Foodics IT is not ready for meetings, dont even ask the integration team properly. The only reason why IndomieCafe switched to Foodics was to have seamless integration with SAP. We have not even started the SAP integration and we are scared of timeline based on the current situation.

My experience with them has been a nightmare
My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare!! After trusting them as a partner for my restaurant, Shawerman, I ended up not only feeling unsupported, but actively misled and financially penalized when things didn’t go as planned. Even after I officially informed them of my business closure, they went ahead and deposited a post-dated cheque, knowing the situation. This happened despite clear communication from my side. And while they’ve acknowledged the issue in writing and claimed to escalate it internally, I’ve been waiting for months with zero resolution or refund. They talk about "empathy" and "support" but when it really counts, they hide behind bureaucracy and silence. The lack of accountability, responsiveness, and fairness has been appalling. I regret ever trusting Foodics with my business. If you're looking for a tech partner that truly supports entrepreneurs, look elsewhere

Worst POS, Best Marketing
It has been the worst decision for my business to get foodics the support is nearly dead.. on ground support takes 7 days to come for any issue and even when they come it does not fix anything if u have problem they say send email which they never reply or just send one generic copy paste answer. chat support is useless every single time u have to repeat same thing again and again They never gave me the contract. I sent several emails asking for the contract they just refuse giving it. sales guy never told about 30 days refund period and installation itself took more than 30 days so now i cannot even ask for refund stuck for 2 years with this system. They say training is included but honestly its a joke few mins session and then they push articles links and chat support nothing practical. every small thing they promised turns out to be separate subscription. foodics online does not work properly. app is not giving full visibility at one go and for every basic feature there is another app, the menu I paid extra but it is as a useless feature for mobile phone app I paid again extra , but lors of bugs, every time it ask login ID password does not remember it ,too much complicated to get sime dasboard data. I chated Support several times no help. They like they only care about closing deal taking money and after that customer left alone struggling. I regret big time going with them. anyone thinking about it please check carefully before signing. there are many other softwares in market much better than this. foodics only has money for marketing and looks nice outside but inside full of bugs and zero support. By looking at the MARKETING, I suggested one of my friends who go with Foodics and now every time he meets me he blames me because he is also suffering i stopped using it completely my 2 years money totally wasted and now i had to spend more money to buy other software.. honestly i prefer to pay again for something else but not use foodics this is that bad
