I had 3 pairs of skinnies that lasted me years and recently bought different models online. The experience was seamless and got fast dispatch with DHL. The jeans didn't suit and had to return them, and I got the refund no problem. Only thing to note is that the return from Ireland should be done via Global-e portal, not via Frame website. When I asked a question, customer service replied within one day. Overall I can't fault neither the the products nor the company

Got jeans into stains...
First time in my life I've got jeans into stains. "The Reboot Crop in White". They cost $258. For such price they have to be clean. Never ever I've got dirty clothes from 'fast fashion' brands... PS. The number of my parcel is 392829853716.
The quality is very poor
The quality of their "le high" flare jeans is really bad. I bought them in 2 colors, and both tore within 10 times of wearing, and not just at the seams. I think the stretch makes the fabric too thin for decent jeans. Waste of money!
