Online watch order to Ireland
For context, I ordered a watch online. Not through one of their stores. Delivery: Processing was a little slow but I was told it was because DHL was experiencing some logistical issues so I won't mark them down for that. I made the order late on a Friday, it was in DHL's hands the following Wednesday, and it was delivered to me in Ireland the following Monday. So 6 days in total from ordering to delivery which isn't terrible but not fantastic either. One thing I did not know before ordering from Geneve: While the Canary Islands are part of Spain and thus part of the EU, they are not part of the EU’s tax area. So even though the package is technically travelling solely within the EU, the item has to go through customs. DHL handled everything here but it did take longer than DHL Express usually takes when sending within the EU (usually 1-2 days in my experience, versus the 3 here). The item: The watch came nicely packed, no notable damage to anything. Customer Service: Very quick response time via their email and little fluff in answering my questions. Delightful experience in this regard.

My husband bought a Tag watch here a couple of days ago from Sofia. What a beautiful lady who helped him choose this gorgeous smartwatch. We went back the next day & we were helped by a lovely gentleman who set up the watch for my husband. The service received here was just outstanding from everyone we spoke to. They went above & beyond & exceeded our expectations. Fabulous shop!
