It's a shot in the dark when you order from Grub Hub You might get an order or no, incorrect or not. I've order several times twice I never got the order & twice i have gotton the wrong order! This was my last time to order because they don't want to refund you for the wrong order. Not good service. The drivers are nice when you do get your food . It's not worth the time or effort

Undercooked/raw, delivered late, cold or smashed up these seem to be the traits of the food delivered by this horrible app. The person delivering my food actually ran from the kfc to my house so all of the skin fell off the chicken. I burst out laughing. How is that even a thing. Trash

Order from Zaby’s local in Florence SC. They delivered somewhere. But not to the hotel I was at. Called Zaby’s. Not our issue. At least they said sorry. Contacted grubhub. Yup they canceled the order. Just late enough that couldn’t reorder food. So here I sit hungry and unable to eat. Don’t plan on using grub hub again. And they don’t care enough to do anything. Other that cancel the order. Customer service at their half finest
