Mixed Experience with Strong Recent Improvement
I have been a Habyt resident for over a year, having lived in one of their WGs for 4 months and in a studio apartment for the past 10 months. Overall, Habyt offers high-quality apartments and well-designed living spaces, which is one of the main reasons I initially chose them. However, my experience with their customer service has been inconsistent. During my stay in the WG, I was given an apartment with a kitchen in extremely poor condition due to the unhygienic habits of the previous tenant. Despite raising the issue immediately, it took almost a month for Habyt to clean and restore it properly. In the studio apartment, we faced a WiFi issue that persisted for about 3 weeks, during which there was a constant blame game between Habyt and the building management. Other smaller issues also took months to receive responses or solutions, which was frustrating. That said, I have noticed a positive improvement recently. We submitted a ticket about a crevice between the kitchen skirt board and the wall, and for the first time, we received a timely and proactive response. Mori, the current Community Manager, handled the issue exceptionally well—she coordinated with the technician, visited our apartment personally to assess the situation, and resolved it within less than a week. Her professionalism and initiative truly stand out. I genuinely hope Habyt will continue improving its service quality and bring in more proactive employees like Mori, who make a real difference in residents’ experience.
Totally NOT worth it, please don't make mistake goong through Habyt
I had a very disappointing experience with Habyt. The service provided was far below expectations and the entire process was incredibly frustrating. I never even got the chance to visit the apartment in person before moving in. I had to contact them through a third-party company, AmberStudent, but they were limited in their communication since everything had to be routed through Habyt. Unfortunately, the response from Habyt was extremely delayed, and I could never get the answers or support I needed in a timely manner. When I finally arrived at the apartment, I found it in an unacceptable condition. The room was not cleaned properly, and it was poorly organized. The kitchen was especially bad—very dirty, with a broken hotplate, and the wifi was not working at all. After contacting Habyt about these issues, I had to wait for a month to receive a response. Even though they promised compensation for the inconvenience, I still haven't received it, even though their support team initially confirmed it would be processed. There seems to be a lack of communication within their team, as different people kept telling me conflicting information. Additionally, I have been waiting for my deposit to be refunded for over two months, despite raising multiple tickets. Habyt has still not refunded it. In conclusion, I would not recommend Habyt to anyone. The lack of proper service, poor communication, and unresolved issues have left me extremely dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs if you value timely responses, clean living conditions, and efficient customer service.
