Unresolved issue... for more than 1 month
It's been one and a half month since I raised my concern regarding a health check up which was due... They only have been playing around in circles ... very bad customer service .... will not recommend anyone to tie up with them

Used to be great. But now not so. Saying I'm in day streak 9 and I've only just signed up and haven't logged anything , being constantly ignored by customer service, and can't get a refund. Waste of money , getting as bad as weight watchers
Impossible to cancel auto-renew
The login to Healthiapp uses your e-mail address as username. If you change your e-mail address after joining, there is NO WAY to update that information = no way to open your "account" = no way to cancel the auto-renew. Possibility to phone them does not exist (they do not publish a phone number); repeatedly writing e-mails results in nothing more than an "automated" response that ignores your requests, or at best a platitude indicating they are "working" on it. My warning to everyone: think very carefully about joining Healthiapp, think carefully about giving them the irrevocable "auto-renew", and get past all that "happy talk". The quality of such an app is not in what they write or claim, but in what they do: and they have shown zero quality!
Worst app ever!
Worst app ever!! I have sent numerous messages regarding tracking of streaks, favorite foods and free foods not being recorded on my iPhone 12 Pro and they do nothing!! I will not be purchasing again and will pay the extra money to weight watchers! At least they care about their customers. It’s not worth the savings if you really want to track your food, recipes and weight loss.
