Received a damaged bra and returned it. They claimed I wore it (which I did not - only tried it on) and kept 50% of my money for a "restocking fee" and accused me to causing the damage to the item. WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Item was tried on over a tee shirt and not worn! Tags remained in place sent back in original packaging and they refused the return saying it was worn! Tell does anyone wear lingerie with the tags on I think not! Im out $85.00 and they want $10 to send it back or they will donate it, right donate back into stock, BEWARE!!!!!!!
Absolute Nightmare
Wow, I have shopped with Herroom for years but wish I would have checked trustpilot before placing my most recent order. I had confirmation on 26 December that my order was cancelled as requested and now on 30 December have an email saying my order has shipped. Now I suppose I have the joy of hounding these people to get my money back once I received and then turn right back around and return this order. Clearly this company has changed and not what it used to be. They are an absolute sham of a business. Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere.

I purchased 2 pair of PJ Salvage Flannel pajamas. In less than 5 wears the pajamas looked as though they were 5 years old and started to split in the seat of the pants. I am a longtime wearer of PJ salvage and have never had problems in the past so I assumed this was a bad batch of material. I reached out to customer service for a refund or exchange and the owner, Jacqueline, responded back to me and said she would not honor a refund nor an exchange because they looked too worn. Well, thats the issue and thats why I reached out. To pay $80 a pair for pajamas and have them wear like that in less than 5 times clearly shows there is a problem with the material. Maybe it was just a bad lot, but to not stand by the product you sell is terrible. I will never purchase from this website and the owner is more than rude.
Order never arrives
Placed an order on 11/7. It went out for delivery on 11/12. On 11/20 they decide to tell me I have an insufficient address, and it gets returned to Her Room. I call on 11/25 trying to figure out what went wrong. The first customer service person is incredibly hostile and tells me that I somehow put the entire address into the address1 line, and that is why it couldn't be delivered. As that is not physically possible, she was lying. This escalated until I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Shockingly they never called. I called back immediately and got another customer service person because come to find out I did have the wrong zip code on the order: 10011, instead of 10001. The new customer service person helpfully changed the zip code and told me the order would ship out shortly. I never received a confirmation email or ship tracking. On 12/8, I call back wanting to know where my order is, and what do you know? It never shipped, but they will get it out today. Then they tell me they can't ship it because my credit card is denying the charge. You guessed it, fraud alert. At this point, I canceled my order. Do NOT do business with these idiots. This was the second time I've had problems with this company. Their customer service is abysmal, and they cannot seem to master their core function, shipping bras to people.
