Awful customer service!!!
We had a death in the family. I contacted them & explained that I am looking into selling our parents' home, and I will be relaying information to the rest of the family, to help save time. The non-compassionate speaking guy who answered my call was only willing to speak to someone else in my family about this, even though I made it clear that I am looking into this for us. I hung up on him before I started cursing at him. Now, I am angry and will be looking into another company for help. What do I think about this company? They suck! They have no business letting that idiot answer calls! I wish I could leave a zero star review. Maybe they are good at whatever it is they do, but as far as customer service, they are horrible!
