much the same as everyone else, Paid for the service in full to them realise that i cant build the type of app i needed so within the money back gaurantee time frame i asked for a full refund. even though i have all the email chains they wont even reply to my emails now and its been months with no rebate.
Due a refund they wouldnt pay!!
I switched off auto renew on my app in Jan 2018. In March 2018 my account was charged even though I had turned off auto-renew. I logged a complaint and was told I would be refunded. However that was 6 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since despite several attempts to contact the company. 4th July update. A few months later and no response to any communication. Very unprofessional company
Money Back Guarantee is false
Money Back Guarantee is false! I signed up for this service-started using it and didn't like it so I decided to use my 15 day money back guarantee. I emailed them within the time limit and was transferred to the financial side of things and they said I should be receiving a refund. 2 months later I still haven't seen any money back. I have emailed and called to check up and see why it's taking so long with no response. My best guess- this company is a complete fraud and scam! Stay away!
Warning! They rip you off
At first glance, everything looks good, and works good, but beware, they have a very deceiving price-policy. You will have to upgrade if you exceed the apps quota limits. If they have technical issues, and your app-users have to delete and reinstall their app (this is the method ibuildapp’s helpdesk will advice you), you will be using of your download quota. If you exceed the downloadlimit,their modus operandi, is to hijack your app, they lock it down, and try to make you pay more money to re-open it. They also try to automatically "upgrade" your service if they have your cardnumber. This means they are charging you more without asking- theft, if you ask me. On top of that, their technical solutions are bad, the only thing customer service do, is to reply that they have tested their systems, and all good, even when the app is not working. They are very eager to earn money and to charge you, but not that intersted in help you, and certainly not interested in taking their responsability seriously if there are problems. Stay away- at least, NEVER go on a prepaid plan, pay per month to avoid beeing ripped off!!

It doesn't work, it's pricey and you don't get support for what you've paid for. Support takes ages to reply and replies with automated replies. Stay away from these people.
