The reason I am writing this review is to complain about the lack of refinement to the search criteria when searching for a specific job. Here's a tip to the folks in charge at Indeed: Make it like searching for a used car online, where users can refine the search criteria in a way that is very detailed. Then only show job listings that actually match that specific criteria. I am tired of my time being wasted by having to page through job listings that I cannot filter out because of the layout of your website.

Disappointed as a Recruiter who pays huge fees to advertise. The jobs are amending on their own accord. I have signed into our account to find jobs advertised that shouldn't be and that has come at our cost to our business. I have hit a road block with the customer service team as they keep repeating the same answer and not listening to my complaint which is that I haven't instructed any of these jobs to advertise at that time, they have refunded me some money but the issues is still ongoing and they haven't resolved the issue. My advice to anyone advertising roles is keep a very close eye on your account, daily log in required, check all jobs daily and ensure they remain at the set timelines and budget you set and haven't concerningly amended on their own accord!

Our platform is self-serve: only the account holder (or users they’ve granted access to) can create, edit, sponsor, pause, or close jobs.
