Poor communication and service
Do not EVER use this company or you will regret it. I placed an order and paid for it at the beginning of June. I was told it was on its way to be delivered by June 23rd at the latest. I never received the item and waited until July to start checking to give them more time. Once I started checking I was told it was sent to me but then sent back to the warehouse. No other explanation was given. They have a very poor way to communicate and haven’t offered any other reply other than sorry we understand your frustration since you ordered and paid for something you didn’t get. No refund or product is being given. What a scam!!!
It seems as of their not doing business anymore.
My issues with iSpot started a couple of years ago when I submitted myself as the actor in a commercial and my name never appeared on the website. A couple years later I submitted myself three or four more times for three or four different commercials and still nothing. I decided to contact them. I sent a couple of emails through their website. No response. I called their number several times, and any option I hit led me to voicemail boxes that were full. I was never able to get through to anybody. I suspect this company is out of business or will be soon. I can't explain it any other way. Very frustrating.
They Lie Smoothl
The marketing guys over here would promise you the sun and the moon and would be available until you pay up. Then you are on your own. The performance was not satisfactory, and I seem to have wasted a lot of money by trusting their fake words. I warn you against these guys.
