Pasje gratis met 500 euro laadtegoed verdwijnt plotseling.
Kreeg pasje met 500 euro laadtegoed bij aanschaf renault zoë ,dat 5 jaar geldig zou zijn. Plotseling kreeg ik bericht dat het tegoed 0 euro was. Na moeizame gesprekken was er een fout gemaakt en kreeg ik een nieuwe pas. Niet geactiveerd,weer bellen. Zeer onprofessioneel personeel,en onvriendelijk,daar ik moest begrijpen dat er plotseling abbonementsgeld werd afgeschreven. Bij 0 euro tegoed krijg ik meteen een abbonement aan mijn broek gesmeerd,dus maar weer gebeld dat ik daar geen gebruik van wil maken. Conclusie: Ga niet in zee met Joulz. Oplichtingspraktijken. Personeel met grote mond. Doen zo maar iets.

Aanvullend aan alle kritische reacties die hier zoal te vinden zijn. Beste Volvo, door met deze toko in zee te blijven gaan lijden jullie hier ook imago schade door. Aub distantieer je ervan en ga met een ander en beter bedrijf relatie aan.
Ga niet met Joulz in zee!
Wat een waardeloos bedrijf is dit zeg. Ik zit al bina 2 jaar op mijn laadpaal te wachten. Klantensupport is niet of nauwelijks bereikbaar. Regelmatig met Sera Truong van Joulz contact gehad maar zij is ronduit onbeschoft, belooft van alles maar er gebeurt niks.
De ene ergernis na de andere
Ook ik schrijf niet snel een review maar na maandenlange ergernis ben ik er nu toch toe gekomen. Ik kan me aansluiten bij alle eerdere reviews die over dit bedrijf zijn gepost. Ook na plaatsing van een laadstation gaat er niets goed bij dit bedrijf. Ik ontvang rekeningen van laadtransacties die ik bij mijn eigen laadstation doe aan huis. Na eindeloze pogingen om in contact te komen wordt toegezegd dat alles wordt opgelost, rekeningen worden gecrediteerd en er geen nieuwe facturen worden gestuurd voor transacties die ik al zelf heb betaald via mijn eigen stroomrekening. Ik zit nu 7 maanden te wachten op mijn geld (bijna € 1000) wat ondanks alle toezeggingen nog steeds niet wordt overgemaakt en ontvang nog steeds nieuwe rekeningen voor transacties die ik al heb betaald. Mijn advies ga niet in zee met dit bedrijf.

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf is dit zeg. Tussen aanvraag laadpaal en plaatsing zat op een paar dagen na 14 MAANDEN. En dat voor een enkele simpele laadpaal. Nu is hij uiteindelijk geplaatst en doet hij het niet omdat iemand bij Joulz nog een vinkje of zoiets moet aanzetten om mijn laadlocatie te kunnen gebruiken. Ik ben ondertussen meerdere telefoontjes in 2 dagen verder maar 0 respons. Wanneer je andere opties hebt voor het plaatsen van een laadpaal zou ik Joulz direct links laten liggen.
