Overcharged and unresponsive
Overcharged for a site that was sold 10 months ago. I called kounta help line 4 times, each time I was told my account manager would contact me within 24/48 hours. It has been 4 weeks so far without any contact whatsoever. Over charging is still going on. Service is appalling. Do not recommend.
Horribly expensive product
Horribly expensive product. Our monthly product price went from ~$120/month to over ~$1100/month. You didn't misread that. It went from approximately $1,440 a year to over $13,000 per year. This is how they treat their customers. Customers you have been with them for years. I have also noticed reviews have been missing from this website. AVOID Kounta / Lightspeed at all costs. Choose a locally owned company.
