Kry is ok for minor health issues. However, Kry failed to provide adequate care when I had a major problem unexpectedly. An ambulance took me to an urgent care hospital. Once I was stable, the urgent care doctor referred me to my Kry vårdcentral the following morning. Kry canceled my appointment an hour before scheduled and rescheduled me a month later. We missed a critical window for blood tests after an incident. The receptionist was dismissive and told me to call every morning to check for sooner availability. Kry only tried to reschedule me when it was notified that I joined a queue to list/register with a different vårdcentral. The Kry doctor lacked curiosity, somewhat blamed me for the medical incident, and failed to order all of the tests she said she would. There was no way to respond to the doctor's message in the app to ask about the other tests we discussed. The app forced me to make a new appointment with a nurse, who dismissed my request and did not relay my message to my doctor. Kry is terrible. Your health is important. Learn from my mistake. Form a relationship with a doctor who cares because you don't know when you might need a vårdcentral actually committed to your well-being.

Waste of your time and government money
Waste of your time and government money. My son has severe allergic reaction kind of symptoms. It was night so I called them. After analyzing pictures and live video, the nurse said please call to you vård tomorrow, we have long que so can’t write medicine. Can someone imagine? He needs medicine but she was excusing for que even she is chatting with us. Worst service, afraid of providing help. Uninstalled the app now. Never again. No worries why it’s ranking is super bad. My recommendations is not to waste the government money and don’t even try KRY, worst.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Was easy to book, but after….: Had appointment and before it wrote all symptoms in the form. Doctor even didn't read it. Was talking disrespectfuly and was interrupting. Never using again this service.
