The withdrawal process did not go as expected, and my account access was limited. I later involved B͢l͢o͢c͢k͢T͢r͢a͢c͢e͢L͢a͢b͢s͢,which assisted in recovering the funds.
Landa is a Scam
I invested a big portion of my savings. And wasn't able to cash out or claim any dividends that was owed to me. I tried reaching out via phone and email but no answer. I plan on suing them for faulty practices

If I could give this company, no stars I’d do it. Landa has multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau. A class action suit should be filed against Landa. It’s a total fraud. The company takes your money and locks it out from ever getting it back if you dare invest in any of the properties they are offering. Communication with the company is faulty, as the company will mince different dialogue into their responses to make it seem like they know what they’re talking about. But the sad reality is they’re operating under faulty premises, and they are not abiding by SEC regulations, hence the reason why they cannot get renewed. It’s a total scam! Thankfully, I only lost a very small amount compared to what I’m seeing from others.
