Lucky Mobile is a trusted, and reliable service.
I'm hear to write a review after seeing all the negative reviews, and lost trust score. I've been with LuckyMobile for the past 5 years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. I started with a low amount of data for $27 a month. But eventually my 500mb turned into 1,5gb of data per month. Because of autopayment loyalty (you get a bonus data for having autopay activated for 6 consecutive months). And soon after, they increased data plan, so I'm currently getting a little over 20GB a month of data, which is way more than enough for me - having a low limit of 1,5GB for so long also helped me use the phone less with out in public and actually enjoy what's going on around me. Nonetheless, I currently have more data than I physically need. Whenever I have an issue (which isn't often), they're customer service has always been very helpful. Just today I needed to transfer my phone services from one SIM card to another. They helped, and everything was quick and effortless. They understood my issues, and quickly helped me through it. I know not everyone has the same experience, and I understand negative experiences drives people to leave negative reviews, more than positive experiences drives people to leave positive reviews. But after seeing the undeservingly low score for Lucky Mobile, I needed to leave a positive review, so if anyone in the future is considering Lucky Mobile, they know it's a good company, and you're in good hands. Never have issue with connections either, and sometimes have data access where some people have low reception.

Go in store, they're super helpful to get you started and make sure you're in a store location, calling customer service is miserable and hard to do as like every other company they send you over seas and you get a rep you can't understand.

The absolute worse customer service I had in my life! impossible to speak with an agent and when you do they barely speak proper french or english. I ended up getting a SIM card from virgin.
After over 8 hours, they severed my connection on both phones I was trying to set up
I have been trying for 8 hours today to get my sim cards working. One worked right away, but the second phone(wife's phone) has been absolute hell. After the customer service agent finally tried to set up an esim, the other phone was cut off. Now I have no way to get anything working til 14 hours from now. The AI chat bot was useless. I'm just about ready to let go of my first months payment and cancel before I ever used it. Their customer service is way worse than terrible
Haven't been able to text for days
Haven't been able to text for days. I have a balance in my account and I'm set up for automatic monthly payments. Absolutely CANNOT reach a human, only a stupid chat bot. Takes forever to resolve anything, and even when you think it's been resolved, surprise!--it crops up again. Terrible customer service.
