It does what it's supposed to
It does what it's supposed to. It's just expensive for a little info, and they're incredibly harassing. Every other day you get an email saying your email hasn't been read, which is a bit annoying.

Great product, when it works. But unfortunately I have been getting error messages when trying to connect my Gmail to Mailsuite and have been trying to contact their support since MAY, even upgraded my plan to their advanced plan to get better support and cannot get a single reply.

Shows when they opened email but also registers when I’ve opened it and uses their name??? What kind of hoax is this? I’m not sure I believe that someone opened my email 11 times so I tracked it and guess what they didn't, I was the one reopening to see if they had responded and the extension registers it has them opening it :(
