MCI global is a call center company that mainly hires remote agents. They have many different contracts with many different companies and their customer service representatives are responsible for chat support as well as inbound and outbound call support. The atmosphere has been great. Everyone is a team, the higher-ups are interactive with the most entry level reps, and they care. They only lose one star because the pay is low. My first job with them was 13 hourly. My second and current job with them is 13.50 an hour. (that's about $7 pre-bidenflation/shrinkflation). But I stay because of the atmosphere and fun I have working here. I'm treated as if I matter. Now if my bank account was treated that way too, it'd be the perfect job place to work!
