My small business has been using Menzies for over 15 years, and for the last six years, we have utilised their outsourced accounting team. We've had support from about five different teams over recent years, and without exception, the service has been consistently good.

Menzies ( location; Magna House 18/32 London Road, Staines upon Thames, Surrey ) is always happy to support. We are doing business with them for a couple of years, and they provide the payroll for us in a good way. We never have any issues; they react very quickly and provide all details accordingly. We have a fixed contact person in which we have no complaints!
Outstanding Payroll & HR Services from Menzies
I have been dealing with Menzies payroll & HR (People Solutions Advisory) teams now for well over a decade plus and can honestly say that amongst all the suppliers I deal with as a Finance Director, their service comes top of the leader board. Knowing what a complex system payroll can present and how vital it is to any institution that it is run with the utmost efficiency, I am always indebted to them (Alison!) for their incredibly diligent processing & deft handling of this vital component to our business. The Woking Menzies payroll team are a complete godsend to me! Likewise their HR services are outstanding and we have always had exemplary service from Ed Hussey and his truly committed People Solutions team. I rely on them totally for all HR support & advice and every aspect of running our employee benefit system (big thanks, Karen & Chris too). No task is too tricky for them to deal with (our requests are widely varied and more often than not, last minute.com …!) and they always go the extra mile to ensure that as a client we are 110% happy with the services provided. They are a real joy to deal with and to my mind also offer brilliant value for money, so I therefore cannot recommend these Menzies services highly enough.
Crooks who overcharge those who don’t know better
My mother has been using Menzies to do her tax return for many years. She recently asked for some tax advice and was grossly overcharged, for advice that was essentially ‘it’s not a good idea to do that’. As a result, she asked me to do her tax return this year (I am a chartered accountant). Her tax affairs are incredibly simple, and I’d expect that for someone who submits tax returns for a living, hers would take no more than 15-30 minutes. Menzies have been charging her £800, annually, for the privilege. In my view they are extorting people who don’t understand enough about tax matters to know they’re being held for ransom. I’m surprised they aren’t in breach of their ethical standards.

Menzies Distribution, Coventry: Worst experience I’ve ever imagined! “SLAVERY” of the highest order! The Indian Supervisors added salt to the wound by discriminating against black Africans! Worst of all, working Saturday and Sunday is rated as normal days of the week! The UK Anti-Slavery policy need to investigate the way black Africans are being treated here! Regrettable experience!!!
