No complaints so far
First time ordering from missguided and received the items today. I wasn't aware it was from China as the date I needed the items for have sadly passed, however I love everything ive received. Great quality and fit, im reading so many bad reviews but I honest cant complain (so far). I've gave 4 stars opposed to 5 as I do need to return 3 items that are simply too big, hoping that goes smoothly, I paid using klarna so the payment will just get blocked if there are any issues! Im holding out in hope all is OK though but based on experience so far I would definitely order again
Good, but lacks transparency
Ok, so Missguided is now owned by Shein but of course there is no transparency on the website thus what you are ordering on misguided is actually coming from China. Honestly I have to say, I love Shein on the whole albeit, you have to check a lot of reviews to ensure what you are buying is decent quality. I would therefore recommend that anything you choose to purchase from missguided, you search for this on the parent website where not only will you get a cheaper price it will also ensure you get to see reviews about the overall quality of the item. I am literally only giving 3 stars due to the lack of transparency on the Missguided website about where the items ship from, resulting in bad reviews due to long shipping times and some items being lower quality than that advertised with no reviews to show the item from other buyer perspectives. Do your homework when purchasing and trust me, you will find some quality items but be aware the wait can be longer than expected.

This website has turned scammy AF. Clothes arrived in Shein bags!! But no mention of it on the site. Dishonest..
Terrible Returns
The ordering wasn’t a problem, when the item came I didn’t like it as it was poor quality for the price and let me just say the returns process is abysmal. Never have I gone through the returns process and have had to go to a carriers website to generate the returns label myself and on top of that it costing more than a regular return from anywhere else. They should just get rid of their website all together and stick to selling on she in or sports direct. CRAP!
