I've been using this product for some time now and I love it! Despite that, it is quite expensive for my business to run it and has given us some implementation headaches. I would do recommend it if you want to start with data analytics but there are also other ones that are better
The system downtime is just to much
The system downtime is just to much. We are very depended on creating customer reports and overviews on daily basis. Again to day the system has been down all day. Meaning that my team and I can´t get critical data for customer meetings. This is just so poor performance.

Horrible pricing policy
Horrible pricing policy. They get you in thinking it'll be cheap. Then quickly your events (that's what they charge you for) build up and instead of the expected $20, you pay $150. When I asked the support to help and to put us on a startup plan that we actually deserve because we're a new company, they brushed off my concerns and basically told me that they won't do it. Misleading advertising and not that much better than other tools that cost less. I'm switching.
