Refund given, but my error
I live in Sydney and tried to cancel my subscription in the first 7 days via email but didn't realise that was the wrong way to do it. So I was charged the full annual subscription fee. After complaining to Mondly they were very good and refunded my payment immediately. Thanks for your prompt and courteous customer service.

I generally really like the app
I generally really like the app, but the conversational AI portion of this leaves a little to be desired. It needs to wait longer for a response. It takes time whilst you are learning to process the words in your head, and there is no facility to slow it down.

Very Poor Customer service, learning average
The user interface it not too bad with a mix of learning styles. However there is not enough conversation practice at a basic level Customer service is non existent. I asked for a refund within my first few days. NO REPLY, NO Refund. This can not be legal You cannot get hold of customer service, however they have found time to reply to my negative review. I have received no other reply

Mondly took an annual subscription from my account even though I spent considerable time communicating with them that I didn’t ask for a subscription and neither did I want one. Now surprisingly I can’t get it reversed from the account where they took 47.99 euros.
