They claimed that I signed up for a…
They claimed that I signed up for a subscription when I was in Australia for 1.5 months in Dec 2023. When I returned to the USA, I was travelling so much and involved in emergencies, family and floods in Calif, etc, and missed the $17.95 on Dec. 23. A few days ago they sent me a letter, saying they were renewing my subscription for a year. When I called, they said they mailed 5 issues. I never received ANY. They refunded me $2.50 and that it is. I am now also calling my credit card (Chase, with line always busy), to dispute the charge, even though it was 5 months ago. Watch out for them. ** Update-6/15/24: Chase won't allow a dispute after 60 days, so I called Mother Jones again. They have promised to refund the rest, saying that somehow I was supposed to have signed up to go to Vimeo and all the issues that were delivered were there. Makes no sense. I recall contributed $3 to a good article they published, and apparently someone, for whatever strange reason, used my card to sign up for a subscription. They've been pleasant and sensible and ethical as this point.

This "news" pusher is pushing misinformation constantly. They're a Nazi Left Wing Democrat sympathiser that constantly pushed Left Wing Agenda and constantly labels anything else as "Disinformation". I read an article (that was HILARIOUS) where they claimed that Voter fraud by illegals doesn't happen blah blah blah and that the election is perfectly secure hmmmm, did they miss the 10s of THOUSANDS of votes that were found to be illegitimate? I doubt they did. It just didn't suit their mental enslavement that the Left Wing are this "all good" side 🤣. DELUSIONAL BIASED "reporting"

For a great magazine they are hopeless communicators. I bought a subscription but not a single copy has arrived, despite numerous emails to them. Their website should include the individual email addresses for their staff and a phone number. Ivory towers and all that.

An article from the new york times: "the government acknowledged that nearly 3,000 children had been separated from their parents since the policy was announced. But on top of that, the inspector general said, thousands more may NOT HAVE BEEN COUNTED."
