Все идеально привезли вовремя, подняли на этаж, все целое, полная комплектация)))

09.03.22 года купила стиральную машинку в Мвидео ,тц Витте Молл ,ул.Веневская д.6.Москва.Оплатила доставку,установку...общая сумма 32179.00 .Заказ 1846803.Доставку оформили на 19.03.22,а установку на 20.03.22г.Сегодня 19 марта.До 15ч не было никакой информации по доставке,позвонила сама.А там сюрприз- без согласования,доставку перенесли на 25 марта.Потому что моя машинка не поместилась в машину,не доехала до доставки.Почему не позвонили,не сообщили,завтра должна быть установка..А насчёт установки я должна позвонить сама и отрегулировать этот вопрос..это вообще ....деньги 1690 я оплатила в магазине,а вот договариваться должна сама.Оставила жалобу на горячей линии.Пока сама не позвонила в магазин,мне не перезвонили в ответ на жалобу...хотя она у них уже была ,как оказалось.Какой дурдом Мвидео...купила у них,потому что живу недалеко .Да сейчас такая конкуренция,а у них бардак ,..это будет моя последняя покупка в М.видео.

Если вы выставляете товары партнеров на своей площадке, несите за них ответственность. Деньги мы платили Вам, в итоге - товар не тот, потрачена куча нервов. Вы пересылаете нас на Сбермегамаркет, Сберлогистику. Деньги зависли неизвестно у кого. А мы вынуждены покупать товар процентов на 50 дороже. Так не делается.
