Bom dia, eu queria comprar um cartão eSIM da NOS e fui à loja em Lagos, Algarve, mas disseram-me que o cartão não estava disponível na loja no momento. Fui lá cinco vezes em dois meses! Sempre a mesma coisa. Perguntei como poderia encomendá-la pela Internet e deram-me o número de atendimento 16990. Marquei uma chamada telefónica para as 11h da manhã do dia seguinte. Liguei e o telefone tocou durante muito tempo até que alguém atendeu. Explicaram-me que eu deveria ir a uma loja e comprar o cartão lá... Eu disse que já tinha ido lá cinco vezes em Lagos... Então, fui transferido para outra funcionária, que também foi simpática e competente. Ela explicou-me que o cartão E sim é apenas para clientes da NOS... Foi a primeira vez que ouvi isso...! Ela disse que eu deveria ir a uma loja da NOS e comprar um cartão SIM «normal» e, em seguida, trocar o cartão SIM por um cartão eSIM. Oh meu Deus... Que complicado e «amigável ao cliente»... Good day, I wanted to get an eSIM card from NOS and went to the shop in Lagos, Algarve, but was told that the card was not currently available in the shop. I went there five times over a period of two months, and it was always the same story. I asked how I could order it online and was given the service number 16990. I arranged a phone call for 11 a.m. the next day. I received a call, but it rang for a very long time before someone answered. I was then told that I should go to a shop and get the card there. I said that I had been there in Lagos five times. I was then transferred to another employee who was also friendly and competent. She explained to me that the e-SIM card is only for NOS customers. That was the first time I had heard that. She said I should go to an NOS shop and buy a ‘normal’ SIM card, then exchange the SIM card for an eSIM card. Oh my God... How complicated and ‘customer-friendly’!
Impossible to communicate in English…
Impossible to communicate in English with them via phone or app. There App is about as bad as can be....all it wants is to sell you more . Customer service is zero . My internet service drops to year 1999 if there is festa nearby. The router gets so hot I'm worried it will set fire to my house Definate evidence of chocking, illegal in Europe.All devices defaulting to 144 megs , not even 250;megs on YT so have to manually switch to 250 so I can see reasonable video quality.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers, was signed up to a long-term contract without being told. Then they WILL NOT let you cancel the contract - I haven't even been able to use the service as the SIM card is locked and the PUK entry code they gave me is incorrect. Everytime I call I get put on hold for about an hour and nothing is resolved. STAY AWAY.
