Unreasonable Test Drive Fee
Today, at Santa Fe, Granada, we discovered that we had to pay a €350 non-refundable fee to test drive a car already on site. We liked two cars there, but to pay that much just to test drive was unacceptable. If it was refundable, we would have considered it.

Still no resolution! I bought a car from Ocasion Plus…Failed ITV
I am still waiting!! I have received a reply from OcasionPlus on 7th October saying they would be in touch. I have not heard anything yet on the 12th October and still have a car I cannot use as it is unfit to pass an ITV. I am paying insurance for this vehicle to sit and do nothing..... I need and answer how to get my car road worthy as soon as possible. I bought a car from Occasion Plus company in Puerto Santa Maria, Cadiz in June 2025. It is a DFSK 580. We went to Mallorca after buying the car and August the 4th we went to the UK for holidays. I took the car for ITV on the 29th July and it was Failed because of various reasons. We have come back from our holidays and need this car repaired under the Warranty and as there is no OcasionPlus on Mallorca I want to send it to Barcelona. How do I get this arranged.

I did what the contact here told me, I emailed my query again to OcasionPlus customer services after they didn't answer after my initial email on the 22 of August. All they did was forward my email to the dealership in Elgoibar. OcasionPlus ignored my request for information regarding the "Garantía Premium" and why the sales person in Elgoibar is forcing us to take it when it is an optional extra. I know what the dealship has said, I don't want to hear it again from them. I want OcasionPlus Customer Services to answer me properly. Please help. I do not want to go round and round in circles with you. Tony
