This Ouidad Advanced Climate Control Heat Humidity Gel works! my curls were defined, hydrated and not crunchy. In this 90 degree heat my curls were still in tact hours later. WOW, it works! This is my new go to and main product! just wish it was a bit more affordable. but love it

I am loyal to this brand as its the only one that makes products that work well for my curly hair. I love most of their products but my favorite all time product is the Climate Control Heat & Humidity gel. It works wonders on my locks. I've tried other brands, but none compare to this product!! Its the best out there. I gave them 4 stars because I'm disappointed that now they charge for shipping. I know change is necessary but they should reconsider their loyal customers like myself, who've been buying from them for years!!
Horrible customer service
My order was marked as delivered but I never received it. I’ve attempted to contact customer service through phone and email and have yet to reach a real person. This brand doesn’t care at all about the customer experience.
Non-existent customer service / Never Shipped an Order
Ouidad never shipped an item. I paid in full, waited over a month, and whenever I reached out to their customer service dept, I only got AI robots. Nobody answers the telephone number (sometimes it just gives a warning saying it’s out of service). I had to file a dispute with Shop/Affirm, and was able to get my money back that way. Otherwise, I would have been stuck waiting in limbo forever. I’m done with buying directly from this company, and likely just done (full-stop) as I don’t want to support a terrible company like this.
