Lifesaver for Closed Schools Needed Transcript
I had a great experience with Parchment. My school, ITT Tech, was closed down, so I had no idea how I was going to get an official transcript. Parchment made the process simple and stress-free. The instructions were clear, the website was easy to use, and I received updates every step of the way. My transcript was received without any issues in three days. I’m extremely grateful for this service and would highly recommend Parchment to anyone needing records from a closed school.
This service is a scam
I never received my transcripts, and did not get instructions after paying for them. I paid for them three times and tried getting in touch with customer service--which basically just said that I should have received them and they would not assist me or give me a refund.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever, I am an international student of Ashworth college, they use this company to print their Diploma, it's been 3 month since they stated they sent it, and never received it, call them , and offer to pay to have it fed ex , they claim they dont offer that, what nonsense, so I will never received my Diploma they will continue to mail it, as there are no numbers on house over here, so I will never receive it, I will continue to review yall continuously until it's fixed , if it's the next couple years I will do that , very poor customer, nonchalant to the customer concerns
Terrible Company
I made a typo in the email address I used to send transcripts. The email you type in IS NOT VERIFIED by parchment. So they'll just take your money even if it goes nowhere. I asked for a refund or for them to resend to the correct email and was told it was already processed and would not be possible.
