They are scam robbing people of their money. There is no use giving your blood to a plasma center that uses paysign they take most of it. They need to be shut down
Absolutely zero customer service
Absolutely zero customer service, they promise you to resolve issue and that's it.
Worst Card Company. Ever.
Your cards are the absolute worst for hidden fees & all you're doing is ripping people off who have given their time & literal body fluids for Grifols & PaySign to make millions of dollars per year. I would argue these practices have an element of criminality to them & would not be surprised if I was emailed in the future to join a class action lawsuit against the company for shady card management. Fee after fee for things that don't make any sense other than to steal your money. $.55 for a decline? $1.25 to check your balance? $2.50 each time you withdraw after you make an initial purchase? What an exploitative racket. Worst card company. Ever.

I couldn't use the card even though I had funds on it. Each time it was declined the company charged a fee then they charged an inactive fee. Probably should be investigated.
