Total scam
Total scam. Greedy people who are not focusing to serve their actual customers ( sellers ). It was my huge mistake to choose this company as shipping partner. They have very very poor customer support. 1 of most famous and common scare is weight discrepancy. No matter how perfectly managing your package weight and size. They just put weight discrepancy. To just earn more from you. Also if you are very lucky you can get refund of discrepancy changes. Only 1-2 out of 10 gets approved. I am completely winding up all accounts with this company. And look for better options
Save yourself, stay away from Pickrr
I'm surprised at the 2.8 stars review. 3 of my parcels that weigh 200gms each has been charged for 1kg, 9.5kg and 1kg. I sell jewellery and a pendant just can't weigh more than 100gms. They've charged me 827rs for it. The price of the pendant is far lower than that. I got a mail saying they have refunded the amount of one of the disputes but i couldn't see it on the dashboard so i raised a ticket and they made sure to deduct that amount completely and reject my claim saying the "item name is unclear". Another scam they run is Pickrr connect. Where they will not send any email or SMS to any customer unless i pay them 200rs and even then they don't send emails.

Horrendous Service: Overcharged for Weight Discrepancy and Ignored Customer Queries Pickrr's service is an absolute nightmare. They overcharged me for a 200g parcel as 5.5kg, and a 450g parcel as 5.5kg, deducting a whopping 1687/- from my wallet. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through various means, no one bothered to resolve my query. Weight disputes and lack of response are major issues. Their charges exceed the order value. Not only did they overcharge me for weight discrepancies, but they also deducted an exorbitant amount from my wallet, leaving it in a negative balance. As a result, I am unable to process new orders, and my business is suffering immensely. This unfortunate situation has severely impacted my business, and I strongly advise against using Pickrr's services.
Fraud company, Late delivery, very bad support
Fraud company Charges 3kg delivery charges for less then 1kg parcel. Hold your COD. For long term Very late delivery of returns. Never choose pickrr as a delivery partner for your online business. I had chosen and loose my money and customers trust. Return parcel can take more than 16 days. And if you ask reason ech time they ask +7 working days to resolve. It's very ridiculous. They don't care about their customers
