Rent.com isn't a reliable source. They list false rental amount. They list the rent lower than what the property is actually renting for. They gave me false hope on several listings. The listing cost a lot more than the price rent. Com has it listed for

This site does not generate enough leads to make the money worth it! I spent $135 for their premium listing and got a pathetic two leads in two weeks! This is the second time as a landlord I have listed a property, paid a lot of money and had dismal results. Zillow has much higher traffic and leads generated for a fraction of the cost.

Dont use this site, they will not gonna help you if you have problem with the rent company. The company that rented the car wanted an extra 250 euros for insurance when I had already payed from rentals.com. I ended up not taking the car and I didn't get my money back from rentals.com.
