How rude can you get?
Update 4/10/23 Having finally got a response from Schock, and they were actually very helpful at that stage, I have upped my stars to 4. I won't give them 5 stars because I had to chase them to get a reply but was happy when I finally got one. Having bought a Schock sink in my last house, I needed some info so I can buy another in my new house. (I liked the sink) I emailed Schock and after a long time received a reply asking me for more information. I responded to their email at the end of July. Today, I got a notification that they had deleted my email without replying! How appallingly rude and discourteous! I have emailed them again asking why they deleted an email which was a response to their question, but I'm not holding my breath! I think I am going to have to find another brand of sink!

We had a schock fitted a few years…
We had a schock fitted a few years ago,unfortunately we are unable to clean it ,it looks terrible but it's in the sinks material, I wish someone could give me some advice before i go to the expense of buying a new sink.
