Been reading seedly's article for years now, love their work.
Funny customer service (in a not-good way)
As a company, we have been unable to get any support from them since March (7 months ago) with a simple request to reset our account's password. They keep sending us robotic reminder emails every now and then: "Just wanted to follow up on your recent request and see if you had any further questions or needed any more help with this issue. We haven't heard back in a couple of days, so to make sure our records are accurate, we'll be closing out this case soon." When I respond to remind them that we are waiting for them, we keep getting another robotic answer : "... Please be assured that our technical team is actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause and implement a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your continued patience as we work to restore everything back to normal. ..." Feels like this company is run 100% by AI.
Useless terrible platform for businesses
Terrible terrible company for businesses to use. They have "support" that auto responds every two months and a bunch of people that don't do/don't know how to do their jobs.

Seedly only keeps POSITIVE reviews on courses. You can give 1 or 2 stars, but you musn't write negative stuff. The moment the review is flagged by ANYONE in the community - usually the admin and the die-hard supporters who have received special benefits from the trainers or the organization, your review will be removed. Definitely not a reliable or credible reviewing platform on the investing/trading courses.
