We booked for my family . We booked 4 adults and 2 children. My wife was told if we want the kids discount we would have to book directly with the resort that wasn't true .

When i spoke with customer service she asked me to send the screenshot of the price I did . She said it only showed to adults. It was only for pricing purposes to show I was over priced as i was charged a higher price . I gave her what she asked and she still didn't honor the proper price . Please do yourself a favor in the future and price your trip elsewhere. I've booked many trips over the years and have never had a problem this was my first and last time with selloff vacation. Everything ive said is true aswell as on the telephone recording . If I could leave a negative star rating I would . This place doesn't honor the price or the discounted price that is to be honored at the time of booking as it clearly is stated online . This wasn't a cheap trip it was close to 13k aswell as bag charge. Never again . Wow only if I had of looked at the reviews before booking with them . The name of the agent is mentioned in the same review on here . She believes she doesn't make mistakes and the customer service is completely on the side of the agent so save your energy and frustrations and book with a reliable agent from air transit ive never had a problem 10 years in a row . I will not make the same mistake again to try and save a hundred bucks a person . Not worth the time or effort. Happy holidays to all book a stress free holiday with air transit you won't be disappointed. Looks like sell-off vacations won the 1 star review I've never seen anyone get 80 plus percent 1 star this must be a new reward. I've been in customer service all my life and had one bad review and it was a scammer . If you book after looking here your very brave.

We purchased 3 day Worry Free Cancellation. It is anything but worry free. Not only is it not a cancellation, but a voucher that you have to use within one year, but it’s also over 2 weeks to get and use the voucher. We are now unable to use it to book another trip in time for our scheduled holidays away from work. Not only was it not suggested to us that we could simply transfer to another trip, the final person I spoke with said it wasn’t her fault and hung up. Worry Free Cancellation was the claim, but deep in the fine print is it anything but that. Very, very disappointed.

I gave 1 star because there is no option for zero. I will never use this company ever again and would advise everyone yo avoid it!!!! Go through the airline instead. Was booking a trip when my screen disappeared. It booked the trip before I was finished. Never even got a confirmation. . Email came the next day. Resort was wrong and my insurance disappeared. The website says that it csn be added in 24 hrs and corrections could be made within 24 hrs. They refused to make any changes and kept blaming the airline company. Was going away with friends for our shared birthday. and spent the whole day trying to get moved to the right resort, while they went to a restaurant for a special lunch with cake and entertainment, set up just for us. My birthday was ruined. After we finally got to meet our representative from the airline they had tge resort changed within 10 minutes. 2 and 1/2 of my days were ruined along with my birthday . Had to wait until the next day to actually move to the resort that I was actually booking to be with our friends. So if they could change it tgere within a few mins, there is no reason it couldn’t have been fixed here within 3 weeks. They also refused to add my missing insurance that I also had 48 hours to add on. This company is terrible.
