Horrible CSR support
The tech support or csr, a lady by name Sonya came on line & I was setting up the platform that my board offers as a part of member service. THe lady horrible, lot of attitude & rude. Previously, Authentisign was the default app tied into webform ( I am from Ontario, Canada ) was top class service. Ever snce Skyslope was awarded this member service as from the Board, Authentisign was turned into paid service. I have been paying for their service for last 3 yrs. Recently wanted to save the service fee charged by Authentisign & looked into Skyslope...made a U turn after experiencing horrible service. Beware!
Don't do business with Skyslope…
Don't do business with Skyslope especially digisign and don't ever let them have your credit card numbers. They will continue take your money after cancelation and hold your credit card hostage. Poor products and no customer service or support. They will go silent and continue to take your money.
This platform has been a nightmare
This platform has been a nightmare. It is consistently glitchy and customer service is lacking. Not so good to have to wait (2) days to get into your skyslope when you have clients needing their docs by a deadline. Unfortunately, our MLS is using this instead of Dotloop- which was on point on all aspects! I am hoping we revert back to Dotloop, or at least a different paperless platform than skyslope! Year: 2023-2025
I wish I could give a zero!
I wish I could give a zero!! Started New Transaction - entered ALL INFO /name/phone numbers/emails/etc for All parties. Followed prompts togo to next screen. By third screen, system says "Send Email to Escrow". I did not ask. Two choices are 1. Send Email 2. Cancel. Cannot bypass this, so I hit Cancel. Well, of course it Canceled EVERYTHING I just spent 1 hr completing and saving screen by screen. Customer Service is Useless!! CS: Well, you told the system to Cancel the transaction. Me: No, I told it to cancel sending the email. What I DID tell the sysytem was to save each screen I input. Did it do that? CS: No. That's only a partial save.... I wish my Broker did NOT require us to use this horrible interface.
