Miss the leggings
I loved the clothing from Society 6 especially the leggings. There isn't any place else you could get specially design imprinted leggings. What a disappointment that now they're just like any other art backed place. Without the clothing I may as well just go to art shows.

Customer service does not help or try to help after an order is placed. Cynthia is dismissive & never got back to answer my questions and just shipped the order. As pretty as some of the items are once customer service brushes me off abd now makes me have to return to reorder the same product left me with a bad taste. It is a real pain and time consuming for something that coukd easily been resolved. If the customer service continues like this I don't see this company success continuing. Etsy baby

If I could give them no stars I would. I’ve ordered many things back years ago from Society 6 and received some beautiful pieces. But, now years later I ordered a pillow one to match the one I’ve had for years and literally they’re ghosting me. I ordered, they charged me a ridiculous price for one pillow but whatever, then no eta on the delivery, no update whatsoever and it’s going on 2weeks. I have to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back as their customer service is pretty much non existent. What a horrible disappointment.

I purchased a comforter from society6. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM! What arrived instead was a blurry representation of the pattern. It looks bizarre. The quality is an absolute joke and completely unlike how the comforter was represented online. I tried to complain, but customer support goes to a 404 page.
Terrible in Real Life
The photos on their website and what you get in person are so wildly different it’s almost laughable. These are the cheapest pillows - I can’t even get the cover to zip and the insert isn’t big enough. It’s such cheap fabric and looks handmade by a junior high student. Cannot recommend one thing about this.
