We bought our last sofa from you so we decided to buy another one as we were really pleased with it. Haven’t given it 5 stars yet as we haven’t received our new one
Poor customer service
Used the perfect fit guide to check the sofa would fit. First delivery team outright refused as too nervous to drive the van down a hill. Next delivery team (3 weeks later) tried but didn’t try via the garden which is where we tested it using the guide. Mason in customer services was absolutely terrible at trying to resolve the problem so lost the deposit and will reorder from a more reputable company.
